Case Study

Background

We were lucky enough to be recommended to Tracy and her team at Stephanie Reed Residential lettings and estate agency, based in Shoreham by Sea in West Sussex. After a successful initial meeting we proposed a brand new bespoke, CMS driven website – Essentially a full estate agent management system for Tracy to completely run SRR in the most accessible and easy way!

Project Brief

The site initially needed the facility for clients to be able to search for properties, both in the UK and overseas, view all relevant details and also request viewings. The backend of the site needed an adequate management system whereby the staff of SRR could add and manage properties in a really simple and efficient way.

Approach

As a new venture for us here at Jamiedia, we were keen to exceed the expectations of SRR and develop a system to match competitor sites. We got to work on the design and building the backend system. Complete with features to add, edit and remove properties all the companies’ properties and potential properties. The system offers the facility to upload unlimited amounts of photos very quickly using a system which also allows multiple images to be re-arranged into any order required. The site also allows staff to record and track offers, and publish this information to the front end of the website. Other features include notifications for recently added properties and reduced properties ultimately developing a highly unique system to revolutionise the SRR brand.

The backend system also features:

• A room manager enabling the listings to be edited super quickly.
• Feature to upload floor plans, documents, EPC certificates and display them in an orderly manner to clients.
• Property integration with Right Move and Property Live.
